We are hiring for a part-time Site Director

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual who loves the Gospel of Jesus Christ and exhibits strong leadership and organizational skills. The Site Director will oversee daily operations, working directly with students and volunteers who teach students in a classroom setting, coordinate with our partner host location and with the school and parents. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual, who loves children and is passionate about spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the site, ensuring an environment that is focused on Christ, teaching the Bible, safety, relationship building, growth and fun.
• Coordinate with the school, bus drivers, host site, volunteers and parents.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and uphold the standards of our handbook.
• Foster positive relationships with children’s families through communication..
• Oversee record keeping.
